A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Replace Medium Intensity Runway Lights (MIRLs), Beacon, PAPIs, Controls, Electrical Vault, and Lighted Windcone, and Guidance Signs ** doc info :KLJ shall, upon request, furnish at least one copy of the plans and specifications, without charge, to each contractor resident in South Dakota who intends, in good faith, to bid upon the improvement project.
