Reference number : 1804722 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-02-12 Electronic bid submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a single tender file The City of Montmagny is requesting tenders for the supply of granular materials, for the supply of potting soil as well as for the management of concrete and bituminous coating residues, necessary for its municipal works during the period from April 1, 2024 to March 31 2025. The City of Montmagny does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted. It disclaims all responsibility for the costs paid by bidders for the preparation of their bid and for the fact that written notices or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. All bidders must therefore ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders. The City also reserves the right to remove certain parts of the estimate, or to waive any of the conditions listed or to grant parts of the contract if it deems it appropriate. It also reserves the right not to accept any of the bids received if, in particular, they prove to be higher than market rates. In addition, the City may ignore any formal defect or minor defect that the submission may contain.
