Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Georgetown, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Scott County Fiscal Court will be accepting bids by a qualified contractor to install new generators at the Scott County Courthouse, Scott County Road Department, GSCEMS Station #2, SCFD Station #4 and SCFD Station #5. Additional work with the existing emergency generator system at SCFD Station #1 is also a part of this project. All new generators and transfer switches are being provided by the owner. Each bid must be listed on the appropriate "Form of Proposal", and the Contractor will be required to furnish a 5% Bid Security, (Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashiers' Check) as well as a 100% Performance and Payment Bond utilizing the proper form. See Section 00510 - Supplemental General Conditions. Bids submitted which are not on appropriate forms provided, which do not include required bid security, or which do not include required information shall be disqualified. Questions or requests for clarification shall be directed to the Engineer. Scott County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn without the consent of the Owner or forfeit of Bid Security for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the date for receipt of bids. Questions or requests for clarification shall be directed to the Engineer.
