The contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary remove and replace approximately 475 square feet of concrete sidewalk and approximately 900 square feet of heavy-duty concrete driveway at the Federal Building in Huron, SD. NOTE: -Reference Part II of the solicitation C201 for instructions on submitting proposals. -There will not be a formal bid opening. -Offer amount must be for ENTIRE project to be considered for award. The offered price shall include any applicable taxes and fees. -All contractors submitting a proposal MUST have an ACTIVE registration in SAM.gov. Contractors that are unregistered or have inactive profiles cannot be considered for award. -Notice to proceed with work on site will be issued once security clearances are in place and material is received. The estimated price range for the Project is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
