Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Huron, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Beadle County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all Bids as set forth in the Bidding Documents. The Project includes the following Work: Removal of the existing 42' Single Span Steel Thru Truss Bridge. Installation of the proposed 3 - 12'x9' Cast-in-Place Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert. Additional items as set forth in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds as described in the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. An electronic copy of the Plans and Specifications on a compact disc may be obtained from the Sioux Falls office of Clark Engineering Corporation upon payment of $40.00 to Clark Engineering for shipping and handling or Plans and Specifications may be downloaded from electronically upon a payment of $20.00.
