Evaluate the Sub-roof, Replacing as Necessary. Install a Like for Like Roofing System to Preserve the Historic Appearance of the Courthouse. The Rfp Will Allow Benton County to Select and Retain a General Contractor (Gc), Construction Management (Cm) Firm, or Roofing Contractor to Perform Duties as Listed. This Will Be an Open Building Replacement as the State Courts Must Remain Operational Throughout the Replacement. Special Care Must Be Given to the Safety of Public Entering the Building for Services. For the Purposes of This Request, the Respondent Will: Recognize Any Savings the Construction Manager/general Contractor Realizes in Performing the Public Improvement Contract Will Accrue to the County Unless the Public Improvement Contract Provides Otherwise.
