Renovation of a municipal facility in Sequim, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project is for the design, supply, permitting, install, and commission of two (2) PV solar rooftop systems on two (2) separate existing roofs. Bids must include all aspects of design through turn-key installation outlined in the scope of work and instructions to bidders. The project shall be performed by one general contractor and bidders may not elect to bid only a portion ofthe project. The submitted bid is to reflect the total price for the design, supply, permitting, and installation at both locations. Public Utility District No. 1 of Clallam County (herein-after called the ''District'') will obtain structural engineering certification necessary for the project to proceed, all other permit requirements are the responsibility of the bidder, All questions, clarifications, or requests must be received no later than February 26, 2024, 12 noon Pacific time
