Renovation of an educational facility in Sequim, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sequim Middle School, located at 301 W Hendrickson Rd, Sequim, WA 98382. The existing Fire Alarm control panels are Edward EST-2 which are failing. Under this project, the intent is to install a full school replacement fire alarm to current NFPA standards, while utilizing as much existing infrastructure as possible. Work included: Furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation, skilled supervision necessary for, and incidental to, performing operations in connection with furnishing, delivery, and installation of the work in this division complete as shown or noted on the Drawings and specified herein. Calendar Day Contract Time to Substantial Completion: 88 calendar days. (Calendar Day Calculation is from Notice to Proceed through Substantial Completion.).
