Any Bids received without a Bid Bond will be rejected by the District. Installation Begins [July 01, 2024]. Installation Complete [September 30, 2024] The Bidder will be deemed as having been awarded when the formal notice of acceptance of his/her Bid has been duly served upon the intended awardees by an officer, or agent, of the District duly authorized to give such notice.
