Description

Renovation of a library in Princess Anne, Maryland. Working plans call for the renovation of a library.

As of April 9, 2024, bids were over budget and this project has not yet been awarded. No definite date for the rebid. The Somerset County Commissioners are currently seeking sealed proposals to remove and replace a 6-ton cooling unit and hot water coil for at the Princess Anne Library, located at 11767 Beechwood Street in Princess Anne, Md. The work will include removal of the existing unit and replacement with an appropriately sized HVAC unit.
