The University is requesting bids for Interior Painting in Student Housing The University of Maryland Eastern Shore is soliciting bids for Interior Painting in the Residence Halls on the campus. Deadline for Receipt of Questions May 15, 2024, 2023, 12:00 Noon Withdrawal of or modification to bids shall be effective only if written notice thereof is received prior to the time and the place specified for bid opening in the Notice to Bidders. A notice of withdrawal or modification to a bid must be signed. No withdrawal or modifications shall be accepted after the time for opening of bid/proposals. Bids are to be held valid for ninety (90) days following the closing date of the request for bid. This period may be extended by mutual agreement between the vendor and the University. The University may cancel this bid, in whole or part, at any time. The solicitation implies no obligation on the part of the University. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of any materials, equipment, supplies or services. |The University reserves the right to award by item, group of items, or total bid and to waive any technical or minor irregularities.
