Pole Mounted Cast Aluminum Junction Boxes Re-Bid "Owned" means having all of the customary incidents of ownership, including the right of disposition, and sharing in all of the risks, responsibilities and profits commensurate with the degree of ownership. Contractor must pay the highest of (1) Illinois prevailing wage/Davis-Bacon rate, if applicable; (2) minimum wage specified by Chicago Mayoral Executive Order 2014-1, as adjusted; (3) Chicago Minimum Wage rate specified by MCC Chapter 6-105, or (4) the highest applicable State or Federal minimum wage. The Chicago minimum wage rates and Mayoral Executive Order wage rates increase on July 1 of each year and are posted on the City website. All inquiries regarding the Bid Documents or procurement process may be directed to the Procurement Specialist/Senior Procurement Specialist in iSupplier via online discussion or via email at the email address listed on the Cover Page of the Bid Documents. Whenever the Contractor receives permission to enter O.E.M.C property in areas that are exit/entrance points not secured by the City, the Contractor may be required to provide gates that comply with O.E.M.C design and construction standards. Contractor must provide a licensed and bonded security guard, subject to the Executive Director's approval and armed as deemed necessary by the Executive Director, at the gates when the gates are in use. O.E.M.C Security will provide the locks. Failure to provide and maintain the necessary security will result in an immediate closure by O.E.M.C personnel of the point of access. The Contractor must provide and maintain at Contractor's own expense, until Contract completion and during the time period following completion if Contractor is required to return and perform any work, services, or operations, the insurance coverages and requirements specified in the exhibit entitled "Insurance Requirements" insuring all work, services, or operations related to the Contract Deadline for Questions: 11:00 AM Central Time, 19-AUG-2024
