Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Frankfort, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The City of Frankfort, KY intends to issue a contract for the construction of a new maintenance and storage facility at Fort Hill (Leslie Morris Park) for the City of Frankfort, KY Parks, Recreation and Historic Sites Department. The IFB shall be provided in accordance with the stated specifications in Article IV TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS of this invitation. Successful firm / company(ies) shall be notified by the City’s Purchasing Agent. After said release date, delivery of services shall be made as expeditiously as possible. The scope of this IFB is to seek qualified and experienced metal pole barn construction providers to provide high quality service to the City of Frankfort, Kentucky for constructing the maintenance and storage facility at Fort Hill (Leslie Morris Park).
