The Project consists of a new 1-story, 10,750 square conditioned storage facility with support spaces located in the Boone National Guard Center in Frankfort, Kentucky. The building support spaces will be contained within the building envelope and include an office, restroom with shower, laundry area, and two sleeping rooms. Storage areas will consist of three areas: 1) Minimally conditioned general storage, 2) Conditioned Storage for temperature and humidity sensitive items, and 3) Vehicle storage bay. A covered loading dock with dock leveler and truck access will be located on the east side of the building. The site will be mostly a fill site with a limited amount of cut to build a level building pad and small parking area at the front of the building.
