Site work for a mixed-use development in Acton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Project Well Pump Replacement and Installation 2/29/2024-1087. The Town of Acton Recreation Department is seeking quotes from qualified well drilling companies to replace and install a new irrigation well pump at the Concord Road Soccer Field, 104 Concord Road, Acton, MA 01720, Pursuant to MGL c.30 s.39M (contracts for construction) and MGL c.149 ss.26-27H (prevailing wages). Estimated Cost $20,000 All questions must be submitted to the Acton Recreation Department by 2/15/24 @ 12:00 P.M. 4-inch Stainless Steel Submersible Pump 7.5 HP, 50 GPM, 230 Volt, 3-Phase, 3-Wire set on 483 feet of 1.25 feet Galvanized Steel Pipe with #4/3 with ground twisted submersible wire. Install two 1.25-inch Stainless Steel Check Valves (1-21 Feet above the pump and 1-252 Feet above the pump). Installation of a Pressure Regulator Valve rated for 50 GPM with a blow off and pressure gauge in the piping coming off of the well.
