No bids will be accepted unless they have requested specifications on or before the bid deadline. SUMMARY OF THE WORK: A. Location: The water tank is located on 1st Street B. Description of Work: The intent of this project is to perform any necessary repairs and to paint the exterior surface of the 500,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank. There are no antenna's located on the tank. Electrical Power is available. 1. Contractor shall provide all equipment necessary for its workers to safely use existing ladders. 2. Coordinate with Owner to have the tank drained and filled. 3. Perform the necessary exterior surface repairs as noted herein in the Inspection Report located in the Appendix. 4. Paint the exterior surface of the 500,000 gallon water tank located on 1st Street Install two logos as shown in the Appendix. The logo shall be installed on the North side and the South side of the tank. The Contractor shall field Verify the location in the field prior to permanently application. 5. Perform Disinfection. 6. Owner will perform to bacteriological sampling and testing after disinfection. 7. Restore the project site to pre-construction condition or better The Bidder further proposes and agrees hereby to commence work with an adequate force, plant and equipment at the time stated in the notice to the Contractor from the Engineer to Proceed, and fully complete performance within Seventy Five (75) consecutive calendar days from and after the date stated in said notice
