Attention of the Bidder is directed to the requirements that each proposal must be accompanied by a non collusion affidavit, properly executed by the Bidder. Further, the successful Bidder will be required to execute an af fidavit required by Sec. 5719.042 of the Ohio Revised Code. Any Contractor that does not meet his requirement will have their bid deemed non-responsive and cannot be awarded the contract. Owner Rights: The Board of Mahoning County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. In addition, the Board of Mahoning County Commissioners reserves the right to participate in state contracts which the Department of Administrative Services, Office of State Purchasing has entered into for the purchase of supplies, services, equipment and certain materials pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 125.04. No bids may be withdrawn for at least ninety- (90) days after the opening thereof.
