MAH-00183-1.37 Early Road Bridge Replacement (SFN 5058244) Work consists of removing and replacing the existing Early Road bridge with a new single span steel beam composite reinforced concrete deck bridge on integral abutments. For all bids in excess of $50,000.00 , a certified check representing TEN percent (10%) of the proposal, drawn on a solvent bank, and payable to the Mahoning County Treasurer, or a bid bond in the sum of TEN percent (10%) of the proposal in lieu thereof must accompany each and every proposal as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into with the Board of County Commissioners, in the manner provided by law. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required after the award of the contract.
