Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Youngstown, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes the removal and replacement of existing sidewalk on Poland Avenue between Sexton Street and Creed Street. Miscellaneous repairs including driveway approach replacement, seeding and mulching, and linear grading are included Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond. The bids of corporations not chartered in Ohio must be accompanied by proper certifications that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids The project is to be funded by a Community Development Block Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
