MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS The following are the mandatory requirements of a formal bid and failure to meet one or more shall result in the bid being disqualified: .1 the Bid document shall be signed; .2 when the bidders have been requested to provide bid security, the bidders shall provide security in the form or amount required; .3 all unit prices shall be included in unit price contracts; .4 the Bid package shall be on Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency documents; .5 any Bid based on modifying, qualifying or re-writing any of the terms or conditions of the Tender, the General Conditions or the Supplementary Conditions documents shall be disqualified; and, .6 the Tender Submission shall contain all pages of the Bid and Agreement Form. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: MET23-18 SUPPLY ONLY OF POST FORMED COUNTERTOPS THE PROPOSED CONTRACT IS FOR THE SUPPLY ONLY OF POST FORMED COUNTERTOPS ON AN AS-REQUIRED BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ONE (1) ADDITIONAL YEAR.
