Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jackson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project is partially funded with the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation - Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) funds. Approximate quantities are as follows: Excavation Common 21,925 CY Base Aggregate Dense 33,040 TON Breaker Run 2,965 TON HMA Pavement 9,210 TON Concrete Masonry Culverts 95 CY Culvert Pipes 725 LF Storm Sewer 590 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 960 LF Salvaged Topsoil 21,400 SY Epoxy Pavement Markings 15,530 LF . The project start date is expected to be June 3, 2024 & shall be substantially completed by Sept 13, 2024 & shall be fully completed by Sept 27, 2024. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Bid security is required and shall be by a qualified surety in the form of a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount and shall be submitted with the bid. Failure to submit the required bid security as part of the firm's sealed bid will result in immediate rejection of the firm's bid.
