Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jackson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work generally consists of reconstructing the storm sewer, sanitary manholes, sidewalks, roadway, and adjusting water main valves between Stonehedge Drive and Pine Drive, and consists of the following approximate quantities: 8,050 CY Excavation Common 10,550 TON Base Aggregate Dense 4,360 TON HMA Pavement 1,155 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 10,500 SF Concrete Sidewalk 11,200 SY Restoration 3,414 LF Storm Sewer (4-Inch to 60-Inch) 62 VF Reconstructing Sanitary Sewer Manholes 17 EACH Water Main Valve Adjustment Bids will be received on a unit price basis. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond as bid security, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Village of Jackson as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured within fifteen (15) days of the award of Contract. Should any bid be rejected, such bid security will be forthwith returned to the bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such bid bond will be returned upon the timely and proper execution and securing of the Contract. In case the successful bidder shall fail to execute the Contract and Performance Bond, the amount of the bid bond or check shall be forfeited to the Village of Jackson as liquidated damages. Contractor is required to submit the Bidder's Prequalification Statement to the Engineer a minimum of 3 business days prior to the bid opening.
