Renovation of a recreation facility in Jackson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Question Deadline 06/11/2025 Questions must be asked at least four (4) business days prior to the bid due date. Bids to upgrade the audio-visual technology along with various facility upgrades at the Washington County Fair Park and Conference Center located at 3000 CTH PV, West Bend, WI 53095 (Town of Polk). Washington County Fair Park and Conference Center is seeking to upgrade the acoustics, audio, control, and video (ACV) systems on the grounds to allow the spaces to facilitate the range of services offered in the over 52,000 square feet of Pavilion and Expo Center spaces, as well as the 133 acres of outdoor space that includes 30,000 square feet of agriculture complex and 10,000 square feet of show ring area. The Park is also seeking to upgrade the electrical system in terms of the replacement of the lighting system with a controllable LED system across the grounds. In conjunction with these new systems, there will be architectural finish upgrades (paint, flooring, restroom updates) to track in conjunction with a visual upgrade matching the system upgrades All work of this request shall be substantially completed to Washington County's satisfaction by May 15, 2026, and final completion by May 29, 2026.
