Site work and paving for a road / highway in Jackson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 10,110 lf Asphaltic Pavement Milling at Curb 27 ea Asphaltic Pavement Milling at Manholes 1,850 ton HMA Pavement 49 lf Remove/Replace Curb and Gutter 7 ea Reset Catch Basin Castings 18 ea Adjust Valve Box The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Question Deadline 02/13/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Matthew Stephan, PE, at 920-960-9852 or matt.stephan@cedarcorp.com Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The Village of Jackson reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals & to waive any informalities therein.
