Site work and paving for a civil project in West Pike Run Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to raise the road surface, construct rip rap lined ditches, and install storm cross pipes with headwalls and end walls along a section of Brady Road in North Bethlehem Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. Awarded bidder shall provide 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and 15% Maintenance Bond for the project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. Bids may be held by North Bethlehem Township for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the contract. North Bethlehem Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the projects.
