Peters Township Sanitary Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2024 Sewer Infrastructure Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: The installation of approximately 3,500 linear feet of 6-inch and 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer main near Elizabeth Drive, Marble Drive and Teepee Road and approximately 2,700 linear feet of 21-inch PVC sanitary sewer interceptor replacement near Valley Brook Road. The project also includes approximately 1,000 linear feet of Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining ranging from 8-inch to 18-inch in diameter. The Authority reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority, and to reject any or all proposals. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $2,500,000.00 - $2,700,000.00. nterpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
