The Mccready Road Dglvr Project Includes the Labor, Materials, and Equipment Necessary to Remove and Replace Two Existing Culverts on Mccready Road With a Structural Plate Aluminum Box Culvert. Contact Harshman CE Group, LLC at 724-503-4125 with any questions The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to Jefferson Township Awarded bidder shall provide 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and 100% Maintenance Bond for the project . Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Jefferson Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof .
