A Scanned Copy Of A Certified Cashier's Check For 5% Of Bidders Total Bid Price. The Cashier's Check Must Be Sent In An Envelope By Mail And Postmarked On Or Before September 7, 2023 Bid Security In The Amount Of 5% Percent Of The Bid Must Accompany Each Bid In Accordance With The Instructions To Bidders. Bid Security May Be In The Form A Bid Bond Or Cashier's Check And Will Be Returned To Each Unsuccessful Bidder After Tabulation And Award Of The Construction Contracts. . Questions Shall Be Submitted Electronically To The Engineer At Chrisw@haies.net And Responded To Electronically To All Contractors Who Have Registered Electronically With The Engineer.
