Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mantua, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: Demolition of several buildings and structures as per drawings and specifications. Hazardous materials have been identified and removed by authorized contractor. Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing steel fish barriers, electrical poles, fencing, overhead power, buried power, concrete ditch, and raceways and pavement. New hatchery building includes new disinfection shed, new truck fill system, new irrigation ditch piping, maple spring creek piping. Hatchery facility will include turbulent fountains, degassing and pump system, piping and utility extensions. Special provisions containing biosecurity hazards as described in specifications. Construction commenced in April 2022. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let. *Absolutely no inquiries will be accepted at this time. Unsolicited inquiries may result in disqualification in any future bidding opportunities.
