Reference Number 0000341172 The Craig Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting sealed proposals from qualified carport vendors and installers for a new housing project located at 785 Russell Street, Craig, CO 81625. The project is slated to open in July 2024. This is a workforce redevelopment project for the Craig Housing Authority that will include a total of 20-townhomes when the project is completed. Scope of Work: Interested respondents are to submit a detailed carport material and/or installation package that is in reference to tasks identified in Request for Proposals (RFP) and in reference to the concept map attached. Please include a detailed timeline for the completion of the scope of work in bid submittal. As this is a material supply and/or installation project, the owner is open to suggestions on proposed design and installation packages as this is an affordable housing project that is budget conscious.
