No definite date for the rebid.** Construction of 5 wide concrete sidewalk, access connections, culverts, and any incidental work related thereto, including street improvements within the project area in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project is generally located along the north side of W. Old Mill Rd. and along the east side of S. Orchard Blvd. near the city park and school campus in the City of Fair Grove, Greene County, Missouri. The total length of the improvements is approximately 2,250 feet. Goals for the amount of work to be awarded to DBE's will be 0%. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, latest edition, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file seven (7) days prior to bid opening Each bidder shall file with his bid a bidders bond in the amount of 5 percent of the contract price as indicated per the contract documents. The bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, payable to the City of Fair Grove, and in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price in conformity with the requirements of the General Conditions.
