Site work for a water / sewer project in Fair Grove, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Proposed Work Generally Includes the Following: a. Oxidation Ditch Direct Drive Rotor Conversion: Bidder Shall Provide Conversion of Two Existing Lakeside Oxidation Ditch Rotors to Direct Drive Units (2). Complete Units Including New Rotor Shaft Bearings, Couplings, Gaskets, Pads, Etc. The City Will Dispose of Old Equipment & Provide Electrician to Disconnect and Reconnect Wiring Leads to the Motor. B. Clarifier Bearing Replacement Bidder Shall Remove and Replace the Upper Shaft Bearing on (1) Existing Lakeside Clarifier With Compatible Components. Bidders Shall Be Responsible for Field Verifying All Requirements, Coordinating All Work, Providing All Labor, Parts, and Appurtenances, and All Other Work Necessary to Provide Compatible Components and a Complete, Properly Operating System. All Contractors Are Subject to Full Compliance With All Applicable Laws, Ordinances, Rules and Regulations. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within 60 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof.
