Blakely Borough Watershed Flood Control & Protection Project Phase I and Phase Ii: Base Bid; Approximately 1,295 Lf of Streambank Stabilization Along With Urban Stream Restoration. This Work Includes Removal of Existing Sediment and Debris From the Stream Channel, Re-constructing and Reinforcing the Stream Embankment With Vegetation and Stone and the Installation of One Stormwater Inlet. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Blakely Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. ***Document Note Copies of the Contract Documents may only be obtained at Steamtown Blueprint, located at 308 Penn Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $60.00 for each set.
