Scope of Work: The work on this project will include but is not limited to the milling, base repair, and overlay of existing roads. There is approximately 8,833 square yards of Borough roads contained within this project. Bidders proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, certified bank treasurers check, bank cashiers check or bid bond in the form provided in the Contract Documents. A satisfactory corporation surety shall provide security in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities, mistakes, omission informalities relative thereto. BIDDERS MUST OBTAIN THEIR OWN SET OF DOCS FROM KBA IN ORDER TO BE AN ELIGIBLE BIDDER.
