Renovation of an educational facility in Kodiak, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All work to be done under one Contractor as described below: Modernization, maintenance, inspections, and one (1) year warranty on: o Otis Elevator at the Kodiak Middle School located at 722 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK 99615. Passenger-Auditorium H000420 Elevator-Hydro (Highschool Elevator #3) All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Specifications. All interested parties are required to register in order to receive notification regarding amendments and addenda. Complete bidding documents for this project are available in electronic form. Per owner all bids were rejected, and this will re-bid a at future time and date TBD. Question Deadline 02/25/2024 Clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be made through a written request to the Project Manager at least five days prior to the date for receipt of bids. Any required clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents will be made by Addendum, which will be posted on the Kodiak Island Borough website. Registered bidders only will receive notification that an addendum is available. For further information refer to the Instructions to Bidders.
