Site work for a water / sewer project in Kodiak, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the reason that No Bids were received during the Bid Opening held on January 17, 2024, Bids will be accepted at the City of Kodiak office of the City Manager, 710 Mill Bay Road, Room 114, Kodiak, Alaska 99615 until 2:00 p.m. on February 28, 2024. This section includes all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to replace 17 damaged fender piling on Dock 1 (5 each) and Dock 2 (Oscar's Dock; 12 each). Work includes demolition and disposal, cleaning and surface preparation, and installing piling as shown on the: 1. Construction Drawings and Specifications (dated October 2021); and 2. Dock Inspection Deficiency Locations (July 25, 2021-July 28, 2021) prepared by PND Engineers to the satisfaction of the Engineer and in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. St. Paul Harbor Fender Piling Replacement A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid will be required with good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the City. The City of Kodiak reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.
