Description of Work: Provide All Equipment, Labor, Safety Warning Signage and Traffic Control for Designated Asphalt Projects. Scope of Work May Include but Not Limited to: Overlays, Street Patching, Subgrade Repairs, Asphalt Sealing, Paint Striping and Crack Sealing. The City of Tuttle Would Provide a Minimum of 8 Hours of Work Per Project And Projects Could Be Bundled to Create Multiple Days of Work. The City of Tuttle is Soliciting and Accepting Sealed Bids From Qualified Contractors for a Daily Rate Fee Structure for Various Asphalt Repair Projects. The City Would Like to Enter Into an Agreement With a Qualified Contractor to Provide Asphalt Repair Services Using a Daily Rate Fee Structure. The Daily Rate Fee Would Include the Following: 1. All Equipment Necessary to Complete the Designated Repairs. 2. All Labor Necessary to Complete the Designated Repairs. 3. All Required Safety and Warning Signage Necessary for the Designated Repairs. 4. All Traffic Control Measures Necessary for the Designated Repairs. The City of Tuttle Would Coordinate With the Contractor Enough Repairs for a Minimum of 8 Hours of Work Per Project. Insurance and Bonding Requirements: Insurance Liability - Solicitor Shall Provide Insurance Certificates With Bid Submission Showing Evidence of The Following Coverage: General Public Liability and Property Damage, Including Vehicle Coverage Bodily Injury - Each Person $1,000,000 Bodily Injury - Each Accident $1,000,000 Property Damage- Each Person $500,000 Property Damage - Aggregate Limit $500,000 Bid Bond and Maintenance Bond - Not Required. The City of Tuttle Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Proposals, to Waive Formalities, Technicalities or Irregularities and to Re-advertise if Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the City. **Bid Notes: The Envelope Shall State "daily Rate Bid - Asphalt Repairs" to Prevent Accidental Opening. Any Proposal Received After This Time Will Not Be Considered. The Bids Will Be Publicly Opened and Read at Tuttle City Hall.
