Project Description: The project includes the following work: Construction of the Touchet Library Branch located at 48 Champion Street, Touchet, WA 99360. The project includes the construction of a 3,250 square foot library and 14 parking stalls. The mechanical and electrical scope is to be completed as design-build. The building is single story and construction is composed of slab on grade, wood framing, pre-manufactured roof trusses, metal and wood siding, weather barrier, continuous exterior insulation, fiberglass nail-fin windows, composition shingle roofing, gypsum wall board interior wall surfaces, painted wood trim, rubber base, sanded concrete floors, carpet tile, finished plywood wall at lobby. The project includes a lobby, library collection space, a meeting room, with two (2) restrooms and a back-of-house area. The site is currently vacant.
