Solar Solar Project for Housing Kitsap Housing Kitsap (HK) is soliciting written proposals for a one-time solar project at an affordable housing property in Poulsbo, WA. All proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all the requirements and specifications outlined within the RFP documents and any designated attachments in its entirety The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority, dba Housing Kitsap, (hereinafter, the Agency or HK) is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms to provide services for a one-time solar project at an affordable housing property in Poulsbo, Washington. The name of this project is Nordic Cottages. This partner will develop and construct a solar PV project at one (1) site, which will consist of (2) buildings. The focus for the project development is designing, engineering, permitting, installing, and operating an on-site solar PV system to reduce operating costs while increasing the use of renewable energy. Housing Kitsap (HK), in coordination with the City of Poulsbo, WA, support the use of clean power and sustainability along with a strong and experienced partner who will provide excellence and timelinessin thissolar PV system design and construction, understanding of unique requirements in the affordable housing sector, with standardized documents and processes.
