Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Poulsbo, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,600-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Poulsbo is seeking quotes for the replacement of the Nelson Park Caretaker House Roof located at 20296 3rd Ave NW in Poulsbo Washington 98370. The current roof is asphalt shingles and is approximately 20 years old. Approximate roof dimensions are 1,600 sf questions will be submitted no later than February 12, 2024 at 2:00pm The City further reserves the right to deduct the cost to complete the work, including any additional costs, from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor Removal and disposal of existing roofing materials. Provide and install new asphalt shingles and new underlayment. Provide and install new permanent roof anchors. Contractor to provide a sf price for plywood repair in the event there is structural repair needed. This will only be used upon approval of the City inspector requiring structural repair. Contractor to cleanup and dispose all debris from roofing activities
