Site work for a water / sewer project in Poulsbo, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
On-site work generally consists of relocating existing floatsand associated infrastructure at the Port of Poulsbo's E&F Docks including but not limited to new and relocated concrete floats; new gangway installation, fuel, fire, water, and electrical utilities; timber pile removal and new steel pile installation. Access to bidding information is available through the office of Sound west Engineering Associates by email request to lswanson@soundwesteng.com. Project addenda will only be issued to plan holders registered with Sound west by direct email request. Only local exchanges registered with Sound west will receive project information. Arrangements to visit the project site can be requested by email to lswranson@soundwesteng.com. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit made payable to the Port of Poulsbo, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. Should the success ful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory payment and performance bonds within the time stated in the Contract Documents, the bid deposit/bond shall be forfeited to the Port of Poulsbo. The contract consists ofwork to be completed within 210 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. On-site construction shall occur during the 90-day period between September 5th and December 4th, 2024.
