Deer Path Tank Project. Bids Are Being Asked for Provision of All Necessary Labor, Equipment, Materials, and Appurtenances Required for Demolition of the Existing Northeast Concrete Tank and Construction of a Larger 34'-tall, 50'-diameter Concrete Tank at the Deer Path Lane Site on the South Bainbridge Water System. Completion- 120 working days SCOPE- Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and appurtenances required for demolition of the existing northeast concrete tank and construction of three concrete tanks on one shared foundation. Each tank shall have an inside diameter of 30', and a height of 34' to the overflow outlet. The total height of each tank (including railings on roof) must be less than 40'. This project will also include installation of approximately 259' of 8" DI pipe, tank drainage appurtenances for the new tanks, security fencing, and other work as detailed in the plans and specifications. Construction 10% MBE 6% WBE Supplies 8% MBE 4% WBE Equipment 8% MBE 4% WBE Purchased Services 10% MBE 4% WBE A 5% Bid Guarantee is Required in the Form of Certified or Cashier's Check, or Surety Bond in Accordance With the Contract Specifications. Contractor Must Be Licensed to Conduct Business in the State of Washington.
