Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Santa Maria, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

***As of April 23, 2024. All bids rejected due to overbudget. rebid date not available yet. The reroofing of walkway canopies at Ernest Righetti High School, buildings C, D & E. The project consists of the replacement of walkway canopy roofing to be completed between the summer recess, 53 calendar days between June 10th and August 2nd 2024. The work consists of, but is not limited to demolition of existing roofing material, installation of new roofing, roofing accessories, flashing, etc. as defined in the project drawings, specifications, and manufacturer written documentation/recommendations. Mechanical units atop the canopies will need to be disconnected and reinstalled as a part of this project; as well as welding of drains and downspouts. TREMCO Roofing Materials OR EQUAL including a 10-year full system warranty. Questions received less than SIX (6) calendar days prior to the date for opening bids may not be answered.
