The County of Solano, Department of General Services, hereinafter referred to as the "County", intends to secure a contract with a qualified Proposer to submit proposals for the ongoing maintenance and repair of elevators within the County's facilities. The County seeks a reliable and experienced contractor to ensure the safe and efficient operation of these elevators, which are essential for the daily functioning of public buildings and services. The selected contractor will be responsible for regular inspections, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards. The County reserves the right to verbally order that all work cease on a project at any time.The County reserves the right to request separate repair quotes from other proposers at County’s sole discretion and to award any such work as may be in the County’s best interest.
