Project Description: Demolition of existing pool, restroom and mechanical building, construction of a new pool, splashpad, restroom/mechanical building, and staff parking lot. Engineer's Estimate: Below $6.5 million Request for Clarification: Shall be submitted in writing by 5:00 p.m., at least one week prior to bid opening date. If a requests warrants a letter of clarification, such letter of clarification will be posted on Bid Flash at least two days prior to bid opening.
