Reference Number 0000341456 Bidder's inquiries shall be directed to Phil Strunk, Spalding DeDecker, pstrunk@sda-eng.com at 248-844- The Charter Township of Chesterfield (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following project: Removing and replacing existing concrete sidewalk along public rights-of-way within Chesterfield Township. The Project includes the following Work: Removing and replacing existing concrete sidewalk along public rights-of-way within Chesterfield Township. The approximate quantities of the major items of Work are: 23,100 SF Concrete Walk Remove & Replace, 4 Inch 3,300 SF Concrete Walk Remove & Replace, 6 Inch 200 SF Concrete Walk Remove & Replace, 8 Inch Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the OWNER and any Bidder or Bidders. The Township reserves the right to accept any or all alternative Bids and award the contract to other than the lowest bidder, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; to reject any or all Bids; and in general to make the award of the Contract in any manner deemed by the Township, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Charter Township of Chesterfield.
