Reference Number 0000359716 The Project includes the following Work: HMA Base Crushing and Shaping and Resurfacing, with spot pavement removal and drive removal and replacement. The approximate quantities of the major items of Work are: 3500 SYD HMA Base Crushing and Shaping 560 TON HMA, 3C 340 TON HMA, 5EML Bid Security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with each Bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the OWNER and any Bidder or Bidders. The Township reserves the right to accept any or all alternative Bids and award the contract to other than the lowest bidder, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; to reject any or all Bids; and in general to make the award of the Contract in any manner deemed by the Township, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Charter Township of Chesterfield.
