Reference Number 0000380176 The Charter Township of Chesterfield is soliciting qualified bids to procure commercial landscaping services for the 2025-2029 seasons I-94 / 23 Mile Road Corridor In addition, the Township is seeking alternate bids for the 2025 season of commercial landscaping services at property known as: I-94 / 21 Mile Road Corridor I-94 / Hall Road Corridor The commercial landscape maintenance contractor shall perform in accordance with all stated intents, specifications and stipulations contained or referenced herein. Contractor must also follow MDOT safety standards when performing work, including but not limited to: prioritize a safe environment, adhering to MIOSHA and MDOT standards, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), report safety concerns, and follow traffic control guidelines in work zones. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and services required to install and maintain the landscape in an attractive condition throughout the contract period. Maintenance of plant materials shall include but are not limited to; weeding, mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and cleanup. It is the responsibility of the contractor to have adequate equipment and staff to perform the specified services under the contract. In the event of a mechanical breakdown of equipment, the contractor will be expected to provide backup services as required under the terms of the contract.
