Reference Number 0000392387 This project consists of replacement of approximately 4,600 feet of 8-inch water main to be installed on Peggy Lane and Seaden Drive to be installed via open cut, directional drill, and pipe bursting. Approximately 185 feet of water main lining under 23 Mile Road. The project also includes removal and replacement of pavement, curb and gutter, and drive openings, new valves, hydrants, and service leads. The Work will be substantially complete on or before May 1, 2026 ; Final completion- June 5, 2026 Question Acceptance Deadline 07/28/2025 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. Bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name and the name of the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
