Reference Number 0000399116 Project No: 0355230010 This project consists of completing repairs and modernizations for the Maurice DeMuynck Stormwater Pumping Station located at 48459 Jefferson Avenue Chesterfield, MI 48047. Work to be completed in this phase includes the replacement of the diesel engine for Pump No. 1, replacement of electric Pump No. 3, refurbishment of axial pump tubes for Pumps No. 1 & 2, new electrical service, soft starters for Pumps. No.3 & 4, new potable water plumbing, discharge flow meter, roof and skylight replacement, and other miscellaneous building and masonry repairs Question Deadline 10/13/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. Bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name and the name of the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. *The Owner reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
